Thousands participate in public consultation on LeBreton Flats
Canada’s Capital Region—Thousands of Canadians from the National Capital Region and across the country participated during two weeks of public consultation on the proposals to redevelop LeBreton Flats, one of the most significant urban development sites in the core of Canada’s Capital.
A total of 7,939 Canadians filled out the online questionnaire.
Eighty-two percent of respondents were from the National Capital Region, and 18 percent were from elsewhere in Canada.
More than 3,000 Canadians attended the open house and presentations at the Canadian War Museum or via webcast.
