There are six beaches in Gatineau Park, located on three freshwater lakes. Water quality is tested regularly. All beaches are supervised by lifeguards during the swimming season.
Note that swimming is prohibited when lifeguards are not on duty.
Most beaches offer accessible picnic tables, change rooms, toilet facilities and convenient parking (vehicle access fees apply). Breton Beach has a wheelchair access ramp into the water, and a chair lift is also available. La Pêche Lake beach can be difficult to access.
Please note our regulations.
